Kelly Ayotte
-
Sen. Kelly Ayotte took aim at President Obama’s business record Tuesday night at the Republican National Convention.
“In both the private sector and as Governor of Massachusetts, Mitt Romney always asked ‘How can I help businesses grow, innovate, and compete?’” Ayotte told the crowd.
-
Ayotte is among six “headliners” that will speak at the Convention, including Florida Congressman Connie Mack and Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.
-
Ayotte will vote against other Republicans, rejecting a Senate resolution that would prevent the federal government from limiting mercury and other toxins from power plants.
Senator Ayotte has been considered as a potential running mate for Romney.
