President Obama’s re-election and the return of the Democratic majority in the U.S. Senate have solidified Obamacare as law. After months of holding out for Obama’s defeat, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) and other state officials have seven days to decide how to hand Affordable Health Care Act before the federal deadline, Nov. 16.

Thousands of Cheeseheads and other football fans joined Facebook groups such as “Boycott the NFL,” in response to the controversial call made by temporary referees at the end of the fourth quarter.
But politicians are jumping into the conversation, too. President Obama is discussing the need for the refs to return at press conferences, Paul Ryan is using this debate to attack the Obama administration and Gov. Scott Walker is tweeting about the final call.
Ironically, all of these politicians are calling for compromise between the official referees and the National Football League, but they can’t seem to have bipartisan negotiations of their own.

That, in essence, is what Governor Scott Walker told the four Republican U-S Senate candidates [last week]. He told reporters that he wished Tommy Thompson, Eric Hovde, Mark Neumann, and Jeff Fitzgerald would put out positive messages instead of attacking each other – which has become increasingly common with their primary just two weeks away.

The total spent by both campaigns in the effort to recall Gov. Scott Walker was more than twice what the 2010 governor’s race cost, according to a new tally by the Democracy Campaign. The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports:
The Democracy Campaign estimated Walker and groups supporting him spent $58.7 million, compared with $22 million spent by Barrett, three Democrats whom Barrett defeated in the May primary and groups supporting Democrats. Additionally, independent candidate Hariprasad Trivedi spent about $300,000.
